1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sendinblue regarding your use of our website, client portal, and design services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Credits
- One credit is priced at €0.10, converted to your selected currency at prevailing rates.
- Credits are used to commission Visualization, Interior, Exterior, and Concept services.
- Credits do not expire while your account is active but are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Services.
- Promotional credits and discounts may have separate terms noted at issuance.
5. Payment
Orders are provisional until payment is settled. Bank-transfer instructions are sent to the email address associated with the order. Card, PayPal, and Stripe payments will be available once activated. All amounts are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Deliverables and intellectual property
- Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for the intended project.
- Sendinblue retains ownership of underlying tools, prompts, models, and unused iterations.
- You warrant that all references and materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated visuals are creative representations and are not engineering, structural, or code-compliance documents.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendinblue's aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time; unused credits associated with pending payments are void.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Sendinblue is established. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
