1. Principles
Sendinblue delivers bespoke, human-in-the-loop AI architectural design. Because each deliverable is created for a specific project, refunds are handled with care and framed by the following principles.
2. Unused credits
- You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original payment currency.
- Promotional or complimentary credits are not refundable.
3. In-progress commissions
Once a commission has begun, credits already spent on work-in-progress are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you receive the drafts produced up to that point and any remaining credits stay on your account.
4. Delivered work
Deliverables that have been approved by you are considered final and non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match the agreed brief we will rework it at no additional credit cost until it does.
5. Payment failures and duplicate charges
Duplicate charges, currency conversion errors caused by our processors, or failed deliveries with no work performed will be refunded in full.
6. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include your order reference and a short description of the request.
- We aim to review requests within 5 business days.
7. Statutory rights
This Policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law (for example, EU consumer protection legislation).
