Last updated · 10 July 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using the Sendinblue website, credits, and deliverables. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

  • Content that infringes intellectual property, moral rights, or trade secrets of others.
  • Content depicting minors in a sexualized manner, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes of real people without their consent.
  • Hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorist content, or content promoting self-harm.
  • Content designed to deceive — for example, forged permits, fraudulent renders sold as as-built photography, or falsified certifications.

3. Prohibited behavior

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting our models, prompts, or infrastructure.
  • Reselling or sublicensing raw credits or draft outputs.
  • Attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits, or payment flows.
  • Uploading malware, exploit payloads, or attempting to disrupt the Services.
  • Using the Services to generate mass-produced spam or misleading marketing.

4. Professional use disclaimer

Sendinblue deliverables are creative visualizations and design concepts. They are not a substitute for licensed architectural, engineering, structural, or code-compliance review, and must not be submitted to authorities as such.

5. Reporting

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. We investigate reports promptly and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend orders, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, without refund. Serious violations may be reported to competent authorities.
